Let's start with some background in the adult world. You've ordered a blender on Amazon. You are so excited to have healthy smoothies each morning to jumpstart your day. Although you have a Prime Membership, it took a whole week and a half for it to be delivered. When it finally arrives on the hottest day of summer, you can't wait to rip it open and make something refreshing to try it out. You rush to the store to buy supplies, and it looks like everyone had the same idea. The lines are ridiculous. You wait and wait and finally purchase your items. You take them home, open your blender and prepare to make a smoothie. You've cut up your fruit. You've got your ice and yogurt ready to go. You put it all in the blender and turn it on. At first, it's going great. But then it seems to be working harder then normal. You hear a weird sound, the blade seems to be spinning faster, and all the sudden the top comes off and smoothie is spilling everywhere! You put the top back on, try again, and now the blender won't even turn on. It's time to call Amazon and see about a return.
